About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at Sixt Rent a Car. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Provide accurate information and take detailed records of vehicle condition, gas levels, and other relevant details.
  • Ensure customers have all personal belongings before departing with their rental vehicle.
  • Conduct thorough checks for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customers to complete damage reports.
  • Verify vehicle fuel levels and advise customers on rental charges.
  • Provide information on transportation options to airport terminals.
  • Complete service alerts for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
  • Identify and tag vehicles requiring grounding or maintenance, ensuring proper movement to designated locations.
  • Maintain a well-organized and accessible lot, ensuring efficient traffic flow.
  • Work in various weather conditions, including direct sunlight, rain, heat, or cold.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day and evening shifts.
  • Willingness to travel, with some trips requiring air travel.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
