Job Overview

Kent, Campa and Kate Incorporated (KCK) is a federal contracting company providing professional services to Government Agencies. We are currently seeking candidates for a Business Analyst position supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) - Enterprise Mail Management Support Services.

About the Position

This role will provide support to VA's Mail Management program. The successful candidate will have experience working with Performance Management, expenditure data collection, reviewing data quality, and building upon existing data sets and dashboards. Key responsibilities include finalizing draft updates to the Enterprise Mail Management guidelines, establishing processes for communication to field operations, and developing and providing updates as necessary to the platform that manages field operations questions specific to logistics processes associated with the management of incoming and outgoing mail.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in one of the following fields: Business Management, Finance, Communications, General Studies, Accounting, History, Paralegal Studies, Mathematical/Actuarial Sciences, English Writing/Composition, Engineering Electrical/Engineering Studies.
  • Three years of experience in a related field, clearly documented within the resume. OR: If less than a bachelor's degree and no less than three years' experience but have a combination of education and specialized experience including mail processing, handling, and management.
  • No clearance required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year is expected based on location and experience.
