About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team at KidStrong Enterprises LLC. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation and continued success of our child development training center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach classes to children and lead by example, demonstrating proper form and corrections.
  • Make sales calls to families who have expressed interest in our services.
  • Perform light administrative duties, including managing inventory and responding to inquiries from prospects and members.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children and/or in the fitness industry is strongly preferred.
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor are required.
  • Practical work experience using Microsoft Office products is necessary.
Certifications
  • CPR certification is required and must be kept current.
  • First Aid certification is also required and must be kept current.
Physical Demands
  • The Operations Specialist will be required to work out with children, demonstrating proper form and corrections, and actively leading activities.
  • Bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, balancing, and sustained physical exertion are required.
  • A high energy level and ability to lift 50 pounds are necessary.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00.
