Business Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Leader to join our team as an Operations Manager in Nashville, TN.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, reduce costs, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with district managers to set store goals, objectives, and budgets, and monitor progress against these targets.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards.
About the Role
This is a full-time position requiring at least 45 hours per week. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Relocation to Nashville, TN required before starting work.
