Patient Advocate Care Specialist

Care New England Health System is seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Advocate Care Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
In this dynamic position, you will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting patients with activities of daily living, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Collaborating with nursing staff to identify and address patient needs
• Providing emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in any of the social sciences or comparable experience
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Experience working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients preferred
Benefits:
Care New England Health System offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a 20/40 part-time schedule with every other weekend off, as well as a 2% pay differential for active CNA licensure. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
