  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the constant operability of all networks at all locations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair company workstations and laptop computers.
  • Install and update workstation software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide helpdesk services for all locations, responding to technical issues and providing remote or on-site support as needed.
  • Oversee online security measures and train employees on best practices to prevent cyber threats.
  • Serve as a liaison to third-party vendors, including web providers, CRM and DMS providers, lead providers, email providers, IT consultants, IP telephone vendors, and managed print services.
  • Complete special projects designated by the CFO and management staff, ensuring timely and effective execution.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year, based on prior experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, vision insurance, vacation time, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, paid training, employee purchase plans, and a great work environment.
  • A 401(k) match of 1% for every 3% contributed by the employee, up to a maximum match of 3%.
