DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively sell and market a wide range of apparel, including private labels and name brands.
  • Coach and train sales team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills and experience with problem resolution.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $14.00 per hour plus commission.
