Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with primary care providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality clinical social work services to patients and families, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with primary care providers to develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and agencies to ensure access to necessary services and support.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Idaho.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in an integrated healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
