We’re seeking an experienced Parking Operations Director to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role offers a competitive salary and bonus opportunities for the right candidate.



Job Description

The Parking Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of self-parking operations, including guest interaction and shift coverage. Key responsibilities include:



  • Scheduling staff according to business forecasts, payroll budget guidelines, and productivity requirements.
  • Managing performance reviews, training, and development of all staff to achieve service quality standards.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and responding to those guests who require follow-up.
  • Analyzing reports and communicating information to staff and appropriate locations.
  • Responding quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner, taking appropriate action to resolve matters and following up to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Working closely with all client departments to ensure groups and special functions are handled smoothly.
  • Coordinating training efforts and continually assessing the progress of all staff in technical and service excellence skills.
  • Corresponding with clients in a consistent manner, reporting financial results and operational overview.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Parking Operations Director, you should have:



  • A minimum of 1 year of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong team-building skills and the ability to motivate others.
  • A team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate.
  • The ability to take responsibility and act independently when necessary.
  • A valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass PMC’s background check.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (to be determined).


Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is between $60,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes bonus opportunities.
