IT Deployment Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Deployment Specialist to assist in a 3-week project located in the Midwest region. The ideal candidate will have experience with software, operating systems, and imaging/deployment tools to refresh and update devices within the environment.

Key responsibilities include utilizing technical competency to troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as providing customer service focused support to end-users.

A successful candidate will possess general technical knowledge, a positive mindset, and high reliability. IT certifications, education, or 6 months of professional experience are preferred.

Key Skills:

• Experience with device installation, hardware troubleshooting, and imaging at the end-user level
• Proven work experience in providing end-user customer support in a professional enterprise environment

Imaging, deployment, hard drive, desktop, PC technician, desktop support, Windows, POS, troubleshoot, Lenovo, Surface, customer service, reliability, attention to detail

*Experience Level:

Entry Level

*Schedule: *Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

*Compensation:* $15-$19 per hour
