Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement long-range goals, objectives, and strategies to achieve business success.
  • Promote a safe working environment by maintaining facilities and equipment to OSHA and corporate standards.
  • Develop and implement the business forecast and operating plan for the branch.
  • Collaborate with corporate and divisional leadership to review and discuss operation performance and make necessary changes.
  • Work closely with corporate departments, including Human Resources, IT, and Accounting, to achieve location goals.
  • Resolve customer and employee issues to achieve the best possible outcome.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Management or leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
