District Manager

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Leader to lead, innovate, and mentor a team of professionals responsible for the profitability, growth, and management of multiple business units and/or a region.
The ideal candidate will foster and create optimal strategies and conditions to facilitate strong individual and team performance, while ensuring a culture aligned with the Company's Health & Safety objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area
- Review operational reports with attention to operational problems, customer concerns, and regulatory compliance and safety issues
- Monitor overall branch performance with special attention to safety and environmental issues
- Ensure employees are operating according to company goals, objectives, and core values
The successful candidate will have a strong background in business acumen, budgeting and financial management, and P&L management experience. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and manage a multi-site environment.
