Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatrician to serve as a Supervisor in our Department of Pediatrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our pediatric team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to pediatricians and pediatric nurse practitioners
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in pediatrics
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Pediatrics
  • 5 years of experience in pediatric medicine
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
