Pediatrician Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatrician to serve as a Supervisor in our Department of Pediatrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our pediatric team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within the department.

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to pediatricians and pediatric nurse practitioners
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Recruit, select, and develop pediatric staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team

• Board Certification in Pediatrics or a related field
• 5 years of experience in pediatric medicine, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and management skills
