We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT Imaging to help us achieve our goals.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

Role Overview

We are looking for a Florida-licensed Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT Imaging for full-time, part-time, or per diem roles. In this position, you will be proficient in conducting a variety of CT examinations, including brain, spine, facial, thoracic, abdominal, and extremity imaging. If you are passionate about patient care, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Selecting appropriate technical parameters and performing diagnostic CT examinations with compassion and accuracy.
  • Demonstrating comprehensive operational knowledge of CT equipment and related technology.
  • Assisting with the administration of contrast media and other necessary procedures.
  • Preparing and positioning patients while ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Documenting clinical information accurately and obtaining informed consent.
  • Producing high-quality CT images for interpretation.
  • Staying updated on software protocols and advancements in the field through continuous education.
  • Maintaining effective communication with patients and healthcare colleagues.
  • Ensuring equipment cleanliness and operational readiness.
  • Being available for on-call duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
  • Associate Degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification as a Medical Radiologic Technologist or Registered CT Technician.
