Responsibilities:
Proactively identify opportunities, devise solutions, and implement strategies to enhance business performance.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to pinpoint and advance company-wide revenue and cost initiatives that support communities in achieving and surpassing their net operating income (NOI) objectives.
Deliver outstanding service to all stakeholders by providing prompt and thoughtful responses to inquiries, demonstrating an understanding of clients' perspectives.
Engage in and/or contribute insights for meetings, presentations, and processes that drive NOI, including but not limited to pricing discussions, internal rate adjustments, financial reviews, and operational calls.
May undertake additional responsibilities as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications:
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a financial role.
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Proficient in data manipulation using Excel.
Familiarity with business intelligence and financial reporting systems is advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-up, prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
