Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Activity Director to join our team at The Enclave at Round Rock. As an Activity Director, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing engaging activities for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Activity Development: Create and implement a variety of activities that cater to different interests and abilities of our residents.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and schedule activities, events, and outings, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Resident Engagement: Foster a sense of community among residents by encouraging participation and socialization.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with residents, family members, and staff to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a related field, such as recreation, social work, or customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management skills.
