Salary:$16-$19 per hour (dependent on experience) + up to $475/month bonus for full-time positions, with a shift differential of 10% for daytime shifts and an additional bilingual differential of $2/hour. Part-time positions start at $17-$20 per hour with opportunities for overtime pay.

Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled Customer Service Professionals to join our dynamic team in Sioux Falls, SD. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, responding to emails, and performing administrative projects. Your primary focus will be on serving borrowers with consumer loan accounts, providing them with accurate information, and resolving their queries efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to work on special projects and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers over the phone, via email, and through written correspondence
  • Respond to inbound calls, resolve issues, and answer questions related to consumer loan accounts
  • Make outbound calls to borrowers, returning voice mails and informing or reminding them of repayment options
  • Record customer interactions, open/close activities in our system of record, and perform administrative functions such as document tracking and recording
  • Follow all compliance and operational guidelines to ensure major areas of responsibilities are completed to compliance guidelines and standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in call center customer service or retail customer service
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with experience in workflow management
  • Ability to follow documented Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner, with strong attention to detail
