About the Role
As a Lead Customer Service Representative at CorTrust Bank, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, engage with customers, process transactions, and perform administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service, resolving general, specialized, and escalated situations.
- Use enhanced product knowledge to recognize client needs, recommend products, and make referrals to business partners when possible.
- Lead, train, and schedule Customer Service Representative team members to uphold branch compliance, operations, and customer service standards.
Transaction and Cash Handling
- Accurately complete basic and complex teller transactions, including CD redemption, international wire transfers, credit card cash advances, and more.
- Oversee customer identification procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with name and signer changes, customer debit card management, and additional customer maintenance functions.
- Open new personal, business, and specialized deposit accounts, using enhanced knowledge of Bank products and services to help customers choose the best account to fit their needs.
Administrative and Internal Controls
- Lead staff in adherence to all CorTrust policies, procedures, and federal banking regulations, completing required security and regulatory training in a timely manner.
- Complete monthly internal control checklist and oversee the completion, delegation, and retention of branch procedures and documents.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as a 401(k), Employee Stock Ownership Plan, insurance, paid time off, service awards, community service opportunities, and a stable work environment.
