Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience within the commercial energy business. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing Non-Scripted Customer Interactions: You will engage with customers via phone, email, and software chat applications to resolve their inquiries and provide support.
- Professional Outreach: You will establish and maintain relationships with customers to promote our services and products.
- Reviewing and Assisting Customers with Energy Application Inquiries: You will review and respond to customer inquiries related to energy applications and programs.
- Other Administrative Duties: You will perform various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ Years of Professional Work Experience: You must have at least 2 years of professional work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other programs within the MS Office Suite.
- Background Check: You must be able to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Business Processing or Back-Office Experience: You must have previous experience in business processing or back-office operations.
