Job Summary

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Security Professional to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for observing and surveying assigned locations, providing rapid response in critical situations, and enforcing customer procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and survey assigned locations to identify potential security risks
  • Provide rapid response in critical situations, including emergency response and crisis management
  • Enforce customer procedures and regulations, ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Read and write detailed reports, documenting incidents and security-related activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
