Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for recommending loan solutions to clients, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
  • Develop and prepare loan solutions, referring products and services, and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
Requirements

  • Managing Risk: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
