We offer specialized administration services to private equity fund managers and general partners. Our comprehensive services cater to various fund types, including buy-out, venture capital, real estate, and fund-of-funds.

We provide consulting services to help new general partners launch their funds efficiently, in addition to our full administration services. For established partners, we offer scalable administration services and technology to enhance their operations.

The Financial Operations Lead at Standish Management collaborates with the team to oversee the financial reporting and administration operations for our clients. Working closely with the Engagement Manager, this role is responsible for managing fund accounting, capital account maintenance, and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the audit and tax preparation process

Assisting with information and data preparation for Capital Calls, Distributions, and Allocations to investors

Managing and tracking portfolio company financings

Cash flow management and forecasting

Preparing Quarterly Reports for Limited Partners

Maintaining investor information in third-party software systems

Some local travel to client sites may be required

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

2+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent

CPA certification is a plus

Previous experience in private equity or venture capital, along with knowledge of partnership accounting, is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus

Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000, depending on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
