Public Sector Sales Accelerator

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Sector Sales Accelerator to join our team at CentralSquare Technologies.
Job Summary
The Public Sector Sales Accelerator will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the public administration sector. This talented individual will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and positioning our products as the best solution for their challenges.
About the Role
As a Public Sector Sales Accelerator, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with our Public Administration Account Executives to uncover and qualify net new opportunities for our Core PA products.
- Initiating and leading reoccurring territory strategy meetings with each of your Account Executives.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to help craft and hone our messaging and target audience.
- Participating in the planning and creation of our greater business development strategy and supporting the creation and execution of marketing and BDR campaigns.
- Researching and understanding the Total Addressable Market (TAM) in each of your territories.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Strong understanding of CentralSquare's mission, values, and products.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Coachable, driven, and hardworking.
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
- Previous public sector experience.
- Understanding of public sector procurement vehicles and the RFP process.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
