Customer Service Associate

At Royal Brass and Hose, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently and safely, and have basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Answer customer and territory/account manager phone calls
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
  • Good typing skills and attention to detail

Working Conditions:

  • In-office/warehouse setting
  • Minimal climate-controlled environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Able to push 30 lbs.
  • Able to push or pull 50 lbs.
