Requirements:
At least five (5) years restaurant/retail and people management experience
Proven ability to strategize and implement improvements based on P&Ls
Digitally driven with proficiency and interest using various tools and platforms
Strong written, verbal, supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs and implementation
Compensation:
The range for this role is $60,000-80,000. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and experience.
