  • Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop financial solutions
  • Coordinate with IT to implement financial systems and workflows
  • Manage the integration of financial systems to enable data extraction and automation
  • Develop and manage the annual budget process
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the management team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • 2-3 years of lead or managerial experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA, CMA, or CFM designation preferred
  • Experience with SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
