Summit Electric Supply is seeking a highly skilled Contract Deployment Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Accounts team, you will be responsible for working closely with the Contract Deployment Manager and Strategic Account Manager to ensure the integrity of our Vendor Catalogs.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Strategic Accounts Team to respond to RFQs and maintain existing agreements with Strategic Accounts
- Assist in data scrubbing and preparing market baskets
- Contribute to profitability reviews
- Perform price management activities, including spend analysis and vendor pricing agreements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide support to Service Centers on contract issues
- Maintain accurate customer prices and catalogs
- Assist with data management for VMI and consignment programs
- Strong understanding of Excel and data manipulation
- Proficiency in Summit SAP system
- Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Product knowledge
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- High school education or equivalent
This role is located in a store environment, with the majority of time spent sitting at a desk. Occasional climbing of stairs may be required.
