We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Jasper, IN. As a Private Duty RN, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and adult patients in their own homes, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, incorporating therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting effectiveness
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and discharge planning
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Indiana
  • Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior RN experience preferred
