About the Role:

As a Private Duty RN, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Indiana
  • One year of prior RN experience preferred
  • Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
