**Job Title:** Trench Shoring Equipment Sales Representative

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

At National Trench Safety, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Trench Shoring Equipment Sales Representative. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the excavation industry, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our trench shoring equipment rental solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of sales experience in the industrial or construction industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients within the construction and excavation industry, research market trends, and develop a robust sales pipeline by actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored equipment rental solutions.
  • Sales Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue quotas on a regular basis, monitor and track sales performance, and keep records of activities and results.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on territory trends, market competition, and pricing strategies, and provide feedback and insights to branch team and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of sales experience in the industrial or construction industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
  • Emotional intelligence and a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
