  • Receive all incoming service calls and establish relationships with customers.

  • Ask customers qualifying questions to uncover needs and direct calls appropriately.
  • Ensure that service consultants receive messages promptly.
  • File accounting copies of repair orders and parts tickets.
  • Provide customers with the proper change and/or receipt.
