Program Overview

Our Nurse Residency Program is a year-long program that provides you with the tools and resources you need to transition from student nurse to registered nurse. Through a formalized series of learning experiences, including advanced clinical training, monthly educational sessions, preceptorship training, and mentoring from experienced nurse leaders, you'll gain the skills and confidence you need to excel in your role.

Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and compassionate new graduate nurse to join our team as a RN Resident. As a RN Resident, you'll work closely with experienced nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and develop your clinical skills. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in educational sessions and training programs to help you succeed in your role.

Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment
