Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Caregiver Assistant to join our team at THRIVE. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with Daily Living Activities: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Maintaining Personal Hygiene: Help residents maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Creating a Safe Environment: Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents.
  • Providing Routine Care: Provide routine individualized healthcare needs, including vital sign monitoring.
  • Reporting Changes: Monitor and report any changes in a resident's health status to the care team.
  • Recording Progress: Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Certification: Current State of Georgia Nursing Assistant Certification required.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a CNA is strongly preferred, but not required.
