Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNA/HHA Experience Coordinator to join our team at THRIVE. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain their personal hygiene.
  • Help maintain a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
  • Provide routine individualized healthcare needs and monitor changes in health status.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report.
  • Discuss observations with leaders and record vital signs monthly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Current State of Georgia Nursing Assistant Certification.
  • Previous experience as a CNA is strongly preferred.
