Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with project directors, senior project managers, and engineering teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project execution plans, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor invoicing and client billing in coordination with accounting.
  • Monitor project costs and field conditions, ensuring changes are reflected in cost reports.
  • Coordinate design revisions for constructability and compliance.
  • Lead the site safety program, monitoring performance with CMs and Superintendents on site.
  • Regularly interact with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing a focus on the IPS client experience.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project delivery or a related discipline, preferably in electrical and instrumentation.
  • Experience managing construction for multi-million-dollar projects.
  • OSHA 30 or ability to obtain and maintain.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, manufacturing/industrial experience, and experience in construction of pharmaceutical, bio-tech, and/or life science facilities.
