About the Job
This position involves working with patients across all age groups, from infants to elderly adults. You will be responsible for assessing patients' medical needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, current medications, and physical conditions.
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote positive health outcomes.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
- One year of experience in nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
