Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nursing Unit Coordinator/Unit Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Baptist Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families, provide a warm welcome, and ensure a smooth transition into care.
- Schedule appointments, answer call lights promptly, and maintain patient charts.
- Organize supplies, complete work orders, and perform data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflows and excellent patient care.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Data entry experience and knowledge of computer programs are preferred but not required.
- Fluent English communication skills and a willingness to work flexible hours are essential.
- CPR certification must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment.
Salary: $48.00 per hour (estimated bi-weekly salary: $1,920.00)
