Job Summary
MyCareersFuture is seeking a skilled Network Technician to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. As a Network Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and security of our network systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in network maintenance standby duty rotation assigned by the Team Lead.
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for resolving single faulty cases to maintain high-level service quality.
- Provide first-level on-site network support to end-users.
- Attend to daily customers' issues reported when not on standby.
- Perform routine tasks to ensure network stability and prevent potential issues.
- Identify and resolve network-related issues.
- Manage the allocation of Media Access Control (MAC) and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to devices on the network.
- Be responsible for patch management of network systems and devices to ensure security and optimal performance.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum Higher NITEC or NITEC in module in IT with fundamental knowledge in network.
- Be capable of understanding and implementing procedures and instructions given in operations manuals.
- Be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate and willingness to support others.
- Have strong communication skills and ability to resolve issues or inquiries effectively.
- Able to work rotational shifts: 1st Shift (08:00 - 20:00 hours) & 2nd Shift (20:00 - 08:00 hours).
- Successful applicants for this position should be ready to work at a designated location on a rotational basis.
