Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, manufacturing, or related fields, with a focus on electrical and electronic circuits, mechanical, electrical, and electronics blueprints and designs, and circuitry, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other power transmission equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel extensively domestically and internationally to provide on-site maintenance and repair services for heavy equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues with heavy equipment.
  • Read and understand mechanical, electrical, and electronics blueprints and designs.
  • Knowledge of circuitry, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other power transmission equipment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues and complete tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in heavy equipment technology.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some previous work-related experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 0-2 years' experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Prefer 0-2 years of experience in the HMA, Concrete, or Combustion Industries.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
