Position Overview

The Swimming Facility Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe and hygienic atmosphere at our aquatic centers. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring guest access and ensuring compliance with facility regulations.
  • Conducting regular checks and adjustments of water quality and chemical levels.
  • Upholding pool safety protocols and enforcing facility rules.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to pool operations.
  • Performing cleaning duties, including restroom sanitation and overall facility upkeep.

Exceptional customer service is a key component of this role. Attendants are expected to engage with patrons in a courteous, respectful, and friendly manner, addressing their needs effectively.

While certification in CPR for the Professional Rescuer is preferred, candidates must meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years to be eligible for this position.
