Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective customers
  • Prepare estimates, establish follow-up procedures, and implement work orders to ensure timely delivery of finished orders
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and status of orders
  • Work with customers and staff to schedule installations
  • Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into loyal clients

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail or customer service/inside sales experience
  • Proactive sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn with the ability to build relationships
  • Great listening and organization skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and offer consultative solutions
  • Proficiency in computer applications to generate estimates and proposals
  • Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
