Customer Service Liaison

Job Overview:
FASTSIGNS #230102 is seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective customers
- Prepare estimates, establish follow-up procedures, and implement work orders to ensure timely delivery of finished orders
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and status of orders
- Work with customers and staff to schedule installations
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into loyal clients
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail or customer service/inside sales experience
- Proactive sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn with the ability to build relationships
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to think on your feet and offer consultative solutions
- Proficiency in computer applications to generate estimates and proposals
- Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
