Job Overview: As a skilled Painter Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the building and its facilities by cleaning surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and performing other finishing tasks. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all security procedures are followed at all times.
  • Paint and touch up common areas as needed.
  • Inspect areas that require paint and advise the manager.
  • Properly match colors and mix paint.
  • Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with building staff.
  • Complete daily work orders as scheduled.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in paint application.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds following safety procedures.
  • Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time.
  • Full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
  • Ability to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods.
  • Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level.
  • Ability to work in different environmental conditions.
  • Repeat various motions with wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
  • Maintain a valid Florida driver's license.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (Daylight Savings 11 am to 7:30 pm & Standard Time 9 am to 5:30 pm) What We Offer: As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical plans, dental, and vision.
