Craftsman - Painter

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at FirstService Residential. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our buildings and common areas through painting and surface preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Clean and prepare surfaces for painting
* Mix and apply paint and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
* Inspect areas that require painting and advise management on necessary repairs
* Match colors and mix paint to ensure a professional finish
* Complete daily work orders and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

* 1+ year of experience in painting and surface preparation
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Physical stamina to perform manual labor
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
