Callaway Resort & Gardens is on the lookout for a dedicated and spirited Treetop Adventure Staff Member to ensure safe and unforgettable experiences for our visitors. In this role, you will oversee all activities related to the Treetop Adventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct opening and closing tasks, including thorough inspections of the adventure course.
  • Deliver outstanding professionalism and customer service to all guests and colleagues.
  • Take charge of the overall visitor experience at the Treetop Adventures.
  • Foster an enjoyable environment for guests through informative safety briefings and ongoing support throughout their adventure.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and ensure it is stored correctly.
  • Maintain all equipment, ensuring it is cleaned and stored properly at the end of each day.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
  • Moderate lifting, bending, and pushing required.
  • Capability to navigate the course and perform rescues as needed.
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the area.

Work Environment:

Must be prepared to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, sun, and low-light environments.

Applicants should be aware that the Treetop course is elevated between 35-75 feet off the ground.
