This role is a vital component of the Service department, providing essential support to both the sales and service teams in delivering exceptional customer service.

The RV Orientation Coordinator is responsible for conducting comprehensive RV orientation sessions and guiding customers in selecting additional accessories to enhance their camping adventures.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Service and Sales Managers to schedule the final delivery of sold RVs.
  • Guide purchasers through a detailed tour of the RV, demonstrating the use of various equipment and components.
  • Review the inspection checklist with the purchaser to ensure thorough understanding.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and adheres to industry regulations and standards.
  • Advise on RV accessories that will enrich the client's RVing experience.
  • Recommend additional services that add value to the customer experience.
  • Verify that all parts have been accurately charged and adjust pricing as necessary.
  • Stay informed about factory recalls and announcements to keep clients updated.
  • Maintain all service and client records as mandated by warranty requirements.
  • Regularly check on the progress of RV pre-delivery inspections and promptly inform clients of any changes.
  • Adhere to and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in all staff meetings, training sessions, and educational opportunities as required.
  • Continuously update knowledge on product features, updates, and accessories to better serve customer needs.
  • Set personal goals aligned with the dealership's productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Maintain an excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) – a critical requirement.
