Job Overview

BrightPath Kids USA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate facilities-related tasks, including dispatching, requesting quotes, scheduling, and coordinating work with vendors.
  • Support the Capex and Environment, Social, and Governance programs by providing administrative assistance and advancing efficiencies.
  • Schedule meetings and site visits, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage billing, payments, and vendor-related matters, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  • Administer data collection, organization, and distribution across the company, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High levels of organization and time management skills, with strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite, Sharepoint, and/or vendor dashboards an asset.
  • Experience with construction/building maintenance systems an asset.
