Position Overview:
Join The CAZA Group as a Real Estate Assistant Manager, where you will play a vital role in supporting our property management team. This position is ideal for licensed real estate professionals seeking to gain practical experience while collaborating with a leading expert in the leasing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in showcasing properties on behalf of senior listing and buyer agents within the organization.
2. Perform administrative tasks related to lease agreements as required.
3. Support on-site activities, including the installation and removal of lockboxes and signage as properties progress through various transaction phases.
4. Coordinate with photographers, stagers, and contractors at properties to represent the team and property owner, ensuring all needs are met.
5. Attend property inspections, including move-in and move-out evaluations.
6. Provide exceptional client care and concierge services, acting as a representative of the Property Management team.
7. Assist office leadership with database management and reporting tasks as necessary.
8. Engage in business prospecting using lead generation strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is mandatory for this role.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous involvement in property management or real estate is advantageous.

Knowledge Requirements:
- Understanding of property inspection procedures and rental regulations is beneficial.

Essential Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Keen attention to detail, with the capability to accurately document property-related issues.
- A customer-focused mindset, prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Problem-solving skills to effectively address challenging situations.
- Proficiency in property management software and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Compensation:
$35,000 - $40,000 annually
