About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our wellness services, and supporting the growth and retention of our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging homecare retail purchases
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
  • Be a critical thinker with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
  • Have great people skills and be able to establish positive relationships with guests
  • Be a supporter of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
