About the Role

Motto Mortgage Charged is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Loan Officer. As a key member of our business, you will play a crucial role in our success by focusing on prospecting and converting leads into clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Prospecting: Engage with a consistent flow of company-provided leads, developing them into qualified prospects.
  • Client Communication: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the initial stages of the mortgage process.
  • Conversion Focus: Leverage your prospecting efforts to turn leads into applications and, eventually, closed loans.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior loan officers, underwriters, and processors to learn the ropes and ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Target Growth: Aim to meet and exceed your loan origination targets by focusing on lead conversion and client engagement.
Qualifications
  • Eager to Learn: Eager to learn and grow in the mortgage industry.
  • Strong Communication: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-Motivated: Self-motivated with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Previous Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • NMLS License: Ability to obtain an NMLS license.
